About the team
Training is every Tuesday and Thursday commencing at 7.00pm During the Tuesday sessions players will be working on core skills with specialist coaches, While on Thursday sessions will focus on team play. Players are expected to attend both sessions every week throughout the season. Games are on Saturdays starting 15:00 or 14:00 depending on time of year. All players are welcome, New and old, Come on down!
